Participation in this program is NOT therapy.  This program provides coaching and support to mothers to help improve the quality of life for themselves and their families.  Although we ask that all group members to keep anything they learn about other participants in our group sessions private there is no duty for them to do so and please keep in mind anything you divulge in your group or individual sessions with Michelle Casarella is not considered privileged or confidential.
